Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Dominican Republic.
Orders usually ship within 4 business days after purchase (no weekends or holidays). Most packages arrive in 15 to 30 business days, sometimes up to 45 Days in extreme cases. Shipping costs appear at checkout.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide, but some country are not availabe with our carrier. You will be notified at checkout if your country is not elligible.

Tracking & Customs
Tracking info link is emailed once your order ships. International orders may have import taxes or fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the sling is shipped, there is no returns, but if there’s a problem with the sling, email primalslings@gmail.com with a photo. We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
