Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 4 business days (no weekends or holidays). Most packages arrive in 15 to 30 business days, sometimes up to 45 Days after package has been drop off to the carrier. Shipping costs appear at checkout.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide, but some country are not availabe with our carrier. You will be notified at checkout if your counrty is not elligible.

Tracking & Customs
Tracking info link is emailed once your order ships. International orders may have import taxes or fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact the carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the sling is shipped, there is no returns, but if there’s a problem with the sling, email primalslings@gmail.com with a photo. We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
