Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Dominican Republic, and our only practical interntional shipping option is the regular postal system. It is generally reliable, but it can be slow during the initial departure from the country, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Packages are handed to the carrier every Tuesday following a restock. After handoff, it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for the first tracking scan to appear, During this period, your tracking link may show little or no activity. This does not necessarily mean you package is lost or has not been shipped.

Once a package leaves the Domincan Republic and is tranferred to your country's postal system, tracking and delivery usually move much faster.

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order has been handed to the carrier.

Most packages arrive within 20-30 business days, but in exceptional cases delivery can take up to 60 days.

We appreciate your patience with international shipping and thank you for understanding these limitations before placing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide, but some country are not availabe with our carrier. You will be notified at checkout if your country is not elligible.

Tracking & Customs
Tracking info link is emailed once your order ships. International orders may have import taxes or fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
